Arrow Capital Partners to develop 31,155sqm industrial estate
Arrow Capital Partners, the specialist developer, investor and manager of real estate in Europe and Asia-Pacific, has commenced development of a 31,155 sq m industrial estate at Citiswich Business Park in Bundamba, Queensland.
The premium A$100 million development will be flexibly configured, with seven units ranging in size from 2,900 sq m to 6,200 sq m. The buildings will benefit from 11.1m clearance and each occupier will have the ability to create its own secure 35-metre-wide yard.
The architecturally designed scheme will also incorporate solar shading and the necessary infrastructure to facilitate the installation of electric vehicle charging and solar panels for each unit.
The estate is being developed for Arrow’s Strategic Industrial Real Estate (SIRE) joint venture with Cerberus Capital Management. Arrow has appointed McNab to deliver the project, with practical completion expected in June 2027. Colliers, Blue Commercial and Knight Frank have been appointed as exclusive leasing agents.
The project will adjoin SIRE’s existing 18,095 sq m development at Citiswich Business Park, which is fully let to Northline, a leading Australian-based, global logistics business.
The estate is situated on an eight-hectare site at Citiswich Business Park, 35 kilometres west of Brisbane. The 350-hectare park is home to major businesses including Costco, SAAB and Australia Post and provides its occupiers with excellent transport links in the heart of one of Australia’s most strategically positioned growth corridors.
Ben Walker, Executive at Arrow Capital Partners, told The INDUSTRIALIST “This project will deliver premium industrial and logistics space in one of Brisbane's key growth corridors, with excellent transport access, a growing business base and a skilled workforce.
"We’re actively seeking further high-quality development and value-add opportunities in and around Brisbane and Australia’s other major cities as we look to build on the success of this project and our wider development pipeline, prioritising locations with sustained occupier demand and long-term growth prospects.”
Kunjan Ganatra, CEO of McNab told The INDUSTRIALIST the McNab team was proud to be working with an international developer and investor of Arrow Capital Partners’ calibre.
“Arrow is building on an already successful investment at Citiswich, and we’re excited to help bring its next stage to life. Our focus is on delivering a high-quality facility on time, making the process easy and providing the certainty we’re known for.”
